How long does it take to fulfill orders?

A: For anything listed as "In Stock", our current fulfillment time is 10 business days. During new product releases, this wait time may increase due to the influx of new orders. For pre-order items, the delivery dates will be posted separately on the items product page.

How do I view my tracking number?

A: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and you will receive a second email with confirmation of shipment and tracking number once the package is shipped.

Why does my tracking number shows as 'invalid' or 'not found'?

A: Be advised that our couriers may take up to 24 hours to update the tracking information in their system.
