How long does it take to fulfill orders?

A: For anything listed as "In Stock", our current fulfillment time is 4 to 5 business days. During new product releases, this wait time may increase due to the influx of new orders. For pre-order items, the delivery dates will be posted separately on the items product page.

How do I view my tracking number?

A: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and you will receive a second email with confirmation of shipment and tracking number once the package is shipped.

Why does my tracking number shows as 'invalid' or 'not found'?

A: Be advised that our couriers may take up to 48 hours to update the tracking information in their system.

How do I find out what size will fit me best?
