All of our apparel comes with our 'Peace of Mind' guarantee, meaning we'll accept unworn apparel within two weeks of the shipping date. Just make sure to send it back with the tags still attached and we'll issue a refund or a store credit. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Please contact War Doll before returning an item to confirm proper shipping information. Ensure that all return items are shipped with tracking and insurance, as War Doll will not accept items without tracking or insurance for the protection of our customers.

*Please note that due to our strict hygienic standards, we are unable to accept returns on headwear

*For return items where a refund or store credit is issued, shipping costs will not be reimbursed

While we don’t have sales, we do offer clearance prices for products, sizes, or colours that are discontinued. Clearance items always have limited availability and prices may apply to specific colours or sizes.

If something you’ve purchased goes on clearance, contact us within 14 days of the original purchase and we’ll offer you a store credit - just send us an email with order number and proof of purchase.
