All orders are shipped as either letter mail or expedited parcel with tracking through Canada Post.

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business days. During new design releases, orders may take up to 72 hours to fulfill.

Once an order is processed, it may take up to 24 hours for Canada Post to enter the tracking into their system.

Please keep in mind our delivery dates for shipping are estimates provided by Canada Post, and are subject to unexpected delays.

Delivery dates for pre order items are subject to production times, which will be listed specifically

for each article of clothing. Any 'in stock' items ordered with 'pre order' items, will be shipped

together when the production of 'pre order' items are completed.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

All mailed packages are insured with Canada Post in the event of damage during transit.  Got a damaged item? We'll accept returns on anything that is damaged during the trip from our shop to your home.

INCORRECT SIZE

In the event an incorrect size is ordered, simply return the unworn item with tags still attached to our shipping address and we'll send you back the right size, or issue a store credit if we're sold out. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Please contact War Doll before returning an item to confirm proper shipping information. Ensure that all return items are shipped with tracking and insurance, as War Doll will not accept items without tracking or insurance for the protection of our customers.

*For return items where a refund or store credit is issued, shipping costs will not be reimbursed
