Line of Fire Defence endeavoured to create a belt with unrivalled integration capabilities, the results of which is their Triple Belt System.
By integrating their Inner Duty Belt, Assaulters Battle Belt and the Riggers Belt together into a single unit, their Triple Belt System provides unmatched load bearing capacity and impressive mobility.
From their premium materials to their meticulous craftsmanship; Line of Fire's Triple Belt System is a must for assaulters.
COBRA BUCKLES One of the first things you'll notice with the belt is the buckle, a mainstay for LOF defence systems that offers a sharp look and unmatched load bearing capacity.
The AustriAlpin™ COBRA® buckle comes standard with every Triple Belt System, and with a load rating to 18kN (4046.55 lbs) - this belt has over 1000 lbs more load bearing strength than your vehicle's seatbelt.
Most importantly, the buckle will not release when under load, so you can be sure that it's only coming undone when you want it to.
BELT WEAVE The Battle Belt features two sizes of PALS MOLLE platforms covering the entire outer surface. With open ends on each individual PALS section, this allows you to weave your Riggers Belt through both the interior and exterior of the belt.
This makes for easy attachment of any size holster, completely eliminating the need to buy other attachment accessories.
Your holster fits on your battle belt just as it would on a duty belt. It's that simple. What's truly unique about this design is the singular PALS sections along the left and right side that allow for adjustability to within 1.5 inches.
This system gives you greater precision in the placement of your holster as well as smaller, non MOLLE pouches.
LOF IMPACT TECHNOLOGY IMPACT tech reduces the chance and severity of secondary injury by diffusing kinetic impact of incoming rounds. Essentially, the Belt System has points of contact that increase the surface area throughout, which will greatly increase survivability.
In addition to this, the increased surface area also aids in the improvement of airflow, comfort and mobility.
The problem most shooters encounter with a Battle Belt occurs when 'rolling out' around a corner (especially in the kneeling position), which will cause the belt to cut into your side.
The padded points of contact help with this by giving your body some extra separation from the belt itself, which means you have better mobility and great airflow while still retaining that secure fit.
Probably the most remarkable feature of this Battle Belt can't actually be seen, as it's an internal fabric that's woven throughout.
From end to end, the Assault Belt is covered with breathable MIL-SPEC mesh and lined with Outlast Thermal Management Systems.
Outlast technology is a heat mitigating fabric that keeps the wearer comfortable in both hot and cold climates. Originally developed for NASA, Outlast utilizes phase change materials (PCM) that absorb, store and release heat as needed.
It's comparable to ice in a drink; as it changes from solid to liquid form it absorbs heat and cools the drink, keeping that drink at the desired temperature for longer. As the wearer gets hot, the heat is absorbed - and as they cool down, that heat is then released.
An invaluable piece of technology considering that both the Soldier and Police Officer of today are constantly moving. Wether that's patrolling the streets, sprinting during a section attack, and everything in between - they are constantly moving.
While the sweat you work up won't bother you when you're on the move, it can become deadly in extreme weather conditions when you stop.
Outlast is different from wicking technology in that it's goal is the prevention of sweat, not the management of it. Wicking technology manages moisture by reacting to your sweat and pulling it away from the skin. Outlast will proactively to try to manage your body heat to prevent the production of moisture before it begins.
Another hidden feature of this Triple Belt System is the armour slot on the rear of the Battle Belt. This allows the user to employ the use of a long, single piece of 3A soft armour to be fit throughout the entire Battle Belt.
In addition to this, the space fits a ballistic plate for protection of their Columna Lumbar and the Posterior area of their pelvis. Secured tightly by a velcro flap, the armour slot fits a 8' by 5.5' plate snug.
THE ULTIMATE SYSTEM All three belt styles are engineered with a rigid polymer core that will conform to the shape of your waist and provide stability from collapsing, rolling and sagging due to heavy equipment load outs.
With the velcro Inner Duty Belt woven through your belt loops, the attaching and removing of the entire belt system is fast and effortless.
On the exterior most Battle Belt, there are two velcro 'fasteners' to secure any excess belt length you may have, created in an effort to eliminate the hassle of weaving it back through the belt system.
In addition to this, there are four buckles placed around the top edge of the belt that allow for the attachment of suspenders.
